About
Krystal Lambert serves as vice president of Marketing & Communications for Divinity Pictures, a full-service production company that concentrates on creating Hollywood films through its in-house library of properties. She is also an executive producer of the upcoming Hollywood psychological crime-thriller film, “The Lost Identity.” Krystal also owns a marketing services business and is an actress, who is currently doing voice-over work on a major project and will be in an upcoming Hollywood feature film.
Before transitioning into the film industry, Krystal worked for nearly 10 years with The Walt Disney Company and almost five in health care leadership roles during the COVID-19 pandemic. Krystal landed her first job at Disney, serving as a character-based seater/hostess at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World Resort. That role led to a diverse array of other opportunities, spanning over a nearly 10-year period with Disney. Her Disney career included stints with Disney Research/Walt Disney Imagineering on industry-leading projects, such as interactive land components of Pandora – the World of Avatar – Disney’s approximately $500-million theme park land in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, based on James Cameron’s blockbuster film, “Avatar.” Krystal also worked briefly with a director and visual effects supervisor from Walt Disney Animation Studios on projects supporting Disney’s Wild About Safety – a family safety program built around the “Disney Safety Smart” animation series, starring Timon and Pumbaa from Disney’s “The Lion King.” For a few years, Krystal also had the honor of serving the presidents of Disney World and Disney Parks – U.S. and France, along with other senior-level Disney executives, as a communications leader in Public Affairs.
Krystal earned her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. She has won several awards in her field, including the Dean’s Cup for Professional Promise and the Richard McGinnis Professional Promise Award from UF’s College of Journalism and Communications, and she was nominated for one Women We Admire Magazine’s Top 50 Women in Communications in 2024. She has also been recognized for her community service leadership and actively volunteers within her community. Krystal also competed in the USA Triathlon National Championships in 2016, which was also dedicated to charity.
