Krystal Lambert is a communications expert and public speaking coach, nominated recently as one of the Top 50 Women in Communications for 2024. She is also a film executive with Divinity Pictures.

Krystal has 13 years of corporate marketing and communications experience, including nearly a decade with The Walt Disney Company and nearly five years in health care executive leadership roles. She has served some of the most senior-level executives as a communications leader, including the presidents of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Parks - U.S. and France and several top healthcare executives. In those roles, she helped executive speakers prepare for, deliver and promote their speaking engagements. She also coached them on their on-camera delivery and preparing for media interviews. In her prior healthcare executive role, Krystal also led a division-level team of 16 communication professionals.

Krystal earned her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. She has won several awards in her field, and also competed in the USA Triathlon National Championships during her rookie year.

Passionate about helping others become effective communicators, Krystal is launching a new public speaking mastery program, VOCAL INFLUENCE, to help speakers become more confident, prepared and impactful.
